The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- experience in an administrative support/legal secretary role (in the area of Personal Injuries preferred);
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel and Word;
- Experience with iManage, LawDocs and Open Practice would be beneficial but is not essential;
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy;
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, busy office environment;
- The ability to work autonomously and self-manage whilst building and nurturing positive relationships with colleagues and clients;
- A willingness and interest in pro bono commitments;
- Professionalism in communicating / organising meetings with high-level internal and external stakeholders;
- Commitment to service excellence that matches our own and pride in who you work for;
- A willingness to work in our Brisbane CBD office.
