You are a qualified Solicitor with a genuine long-term interest in accident compensation. You value the opportunity to work with experts in the field and are driven to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

You are someone who wants to excel in their role and who shares the firm’s commitment to values of integrity, excellence and trust.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • admitted as a legal practitioner with experience in the area of Personal Injuries with:
    • knowledge of relevant state and commonwealth legislation and case law
    • knowledge of and commitment to professional and ethical obligations
  • ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel and Word;
  • experience with iManage, i-Deal Docs and Open Practice would be beneficial but is not essential;
  • highly organised with meticulous attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency;
  • strong multitasking and prioritisation skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, busy office environment;
  • ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality ;
  • ability to work autonomously and within a close-knit team;
  • a willingness and interest in pro bono commitments;
  • professionalism in communicating in-person and via phone;
  • commitment to service excellence that matches our own and pride in who you work for;
  • a willingness to work in our Brisbane CBD office.
